Good Quality
Got to melt into a ganache and it melted smoothly, tasted wonderfully, and price-wise, only a little bit more than a generic Walmart branded bar. Worth it to get this higher quality product.

Great for melting
Great taste and melted perfectly for the ganache that I made for my cake. The ganache had a great color and texture and melted consistently and was smooth throughout. I was worried that they may be little melted because it was close to 90 degrees but they arrived in perfect condition. I will make this my go to chocolate for melting on everything I bake in the future.

Great Product but received the wrong item
I buy the 60% chocolate regularly and love it. I ordered the 60% chocolate but received the 72%. I didn’t return it because I buy the 60%, 72% and the 100% for different uses. I really wanted the 60% this time. I will put the 72% to good use though! Love the bitterness of the dark chocolates.
