A family member is a scotch aficionado, and was delighted to get this as a gift! It arrived promptly and in excellent shape.

With the passing of Michael Jackson, I find the the editors tastes and rating differ from my own tastes. I enjoyed and agreed with Jackson’s notes and flavor profiles to a greater degree than this book reflects.

This is a great book but the binding is broken

I’m very glad to have purchased the latest edition of this book. It is more expanded than ever and offers so much information about so many single malt whiskeys out there.

Great addition to my Scotch “collection “

Firstly, I want to make it clear that my feedback pertains to the book's physical attributes rather than its content, which I found to be well-crafted. The issue lies in the fact that the edition I received was printed in Latvia, and unfortunately, it doesn't match the quality of a previous European-printed edition I own. The design of the book and the quality of the paper fall short of expectations, resulting in a less-than-pleasant reading experience. While I understand that printing locations can vary, the noticeable difference in quality led me to lower my overall rating for the book. I believe the physical aspects of a book contribute significantly to the overall reading enjoyment, and I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for future editions. My intention is not to criticize but to provide constructive feedback on the physical production aspects, as the content itself is commendable.
