I did a lot of research before selecting this product. It arrived as promised and it installed quickly and easily. The unit connected to Wi-Fi, the app is easy to use and everything works together seamlessly. I had to do some adjustments to the AI humanoid and motion sensitivities to eliminate the false alarms but still detect me trying to "sneak" past the motion detector - but it works perfectly. The video and pictures are fantastic and I also set up additional presets for camera viewing. Everything saves to the SD card and I can easily able to view from the app. Even with recent temperatures here in MN well below zero F, the camera works flawlessly.

Just got it today, set up was easy, urs connected via WI-Fi to my 5gz wifi but I also have it hardwired via ethernet cable. As I was playing around trying to learn how to operate it and mess with the settings I was amazed out how cool the dog barking alarm choice was, I accidentally set it off while I was next to it and it actually startled me 😆 🤣, also, as I moved out of view of the camera it actually started following me, "tracking mode on" that was pretty cool too! The A I tracking feature is pretty cool, whenever someone walks by it automatically follows and watches them, it also has audio detection, meaning it will alarm if it detects sound based on the sensitivity setting you have it set at or you can turn it off, I have mine set to record 24/7 plus alarm if detection is noticed, this is absolutely the best security camera I have ever purchased. Do I recommend this camera? Absolutely Yes!

Works great when it works but then constantly drops off my network and my network is fine and works perfectly fine it’s the camera dropping, completely useless at this point if when I need it that it’s conveniently down.

I use a Windows 10 computer to view the cameras with Blue Iris software so I can record the videos. I also use an Android smartphone. Most features work and view best with the smartphone. I have had this camera for a few months now. The camera has good range of motion. Good tracking feature. After following whatever it is tracking, it resets back to the starting position. Picture quality is good, but at times it over focuses and picture quality goes down. It has pixalation around moving objects at times too. At night, it illuminates a large area with the ir lights, but if you use full color mode at night, the illumination is not as good. I prefer to use the ir lights. I get a clearer picture at night. Overall, it is a decent camera for the price. Update: I have noticed that this camera constantly goes offline. Sometimes it will reset itself, but most of the time I have to go unplug it and plug it back in to get it to hook back up to my router. I have tried other cameras in the same location and they don't do this. Gets rather annoying at times.

Excellent camera, great value for the price. I strongly recommend it! Great picture quality and the intelligent tracking is precise, very responsive to detect movements.

I've had a number of these cameras from this manufacturer and so far they're all working for quite a few years, it's a little tricky to set up, but once you get them set up they work well

I have an older 1080P version of this, that has lasted several years. I got this to replace that one and use the old one elsewhere. The old one had an issue where the full color night setting would randomly kick the lights off and on all night, which made it nearly impossible to set a motion sense option for recording, due to so many false alarms. So far that issues seems to have been fixed and I have not caught it doing that yet. So 5/5 for that. The old one also had issues on WiFi and was very flaky. So far for the first couple of weeks, this has been rock solid on WiFi. (Only has 2.4) So 5/5 for that as well. The loss of 2 stars are for the following. First the annoyance of removing Both the Sharpness and Shutter speed options. Not sure why they went backwards on that and removed them. But mainly due to a problem with iFrames. In Blue iris, Every single camera I have shows a full iFrame for the set FPS. For example15/1 or 20/1. This camera only does about 1/4 to 1/3 of them, so it only shows 15/.25 up to 15/.34 The problem with this, is if you have motion triggers setup, you could easily miss some due to the iFrame problem. Also, no matter what Resolution is set, it will not go above 15 fps, even if I set it to 20 or higher. Even though this is a 5MP camera, I have another 5MP camera that does have a sharper picture as well. if the above issues aren't of concern, this does seems to be a fairly solid camera at this price point.
