Pure Synergy, Bone Renewal®, 150 Capsules

This supplement is unbelievable. I've had mineral deficiencies for years, and it affected so many things. Taking synthetic supplements changed nothing. I ended up taking this because of a broken bone and I was worried about not healing well. Not only am I healing great, but my nails have DRASTICALLY changed. Before this supplement, they were soft and peeling. Not they're strong, and no longer peeling or breaking. I can't even believe it because nothing else had helped. Definitely recommend!!! I also buy this company's matcha and Vitamin C, and I love both.

My wife and I have taken Bone Renewal for years and have seen our bone density scans show stable to increased density, compared to the years before taking the supplement.

It is very hard to find the best formula for bone renewal without breaking the bank. I have osteoporosis and have done my due diligence to research non-prescription drug alternatives. This has been one of the best vitamin formulas I could find out there that contains not only calcium but also other important nutrients such as K1, K2, Vitamin D3, and magnesium as well as copper, zinc and manganese, all of which are important for absorption. Calcium by itself will not get absorbed well without them (and that's why plain calcium is no longer recommended). The one thing missing in this formula is Vitamin C, which is also important for calcium absorption. So let's get back to calcium. Another reviewer complained that the amount of calcium in the vitamins has been reduced. That's a good thing. You don't want too much calcium or it can cause heart issues and other problems. Keep in mind as well that most of us get at least some calcium from food so you need to calculate that in. The latest research shows that the form of calcium is also important. The marine algae calcium in Pure Synergy is an alkalizing form that is highly absorbable. EDITED: But here comes a caveat. Medical research is now finding that, unfortunately, almost all seaweed (aka marine algae) is contaminated with heavy metals which can lead to cancer. And that's what Pure Synergy is using in these otherwise very good vitamins. UPDATE: I have now increased my rating to 5 stars. I wrote to Pure Synergy about my concerns and they responded immediately. They assured me they do all kinds of testing for heavy metals and conform to California regulations on these matters, which are quite strict. By the way, please do not base your decision on which vitamins to buy based on reviews claiming the vitamins worked for somebody. This is called anecdotal evidence. It is not based on gold standard science, which means you have to have double blind controlled studies with a large enough number of people to know if something is effective. One person who thinks it works means nothing. So I cannot tell you if these vitamins have worked for me. I am a scientist, but in the wrong field (education), however I do know how to evaluate research. I am sharing what I have learned in case it helps others.
