Ive been a type 1 diabetic since i was 5 years old-in all my 49 years as a T1D i have never found something so useful! I can measure my cereal and soups right there in the bowl, and know exactly how many carbs to tell my pump to give insulin for! Reducing my low sugars, and the size makes the "serving size" im eating feel not so puny :-) i ordered 2 more. Also, there was a delivery issue with the first bowl, and the company was so kind and helpful about getting my bowl sorted. Would buy again

perfect bowl for proper portion size for gastric bypass patients or if you just want to eat heather portion sizes great bowl!

People over eat with oversized bowls and plates these days. It’s easy to do. You don’t need to be on a diet to use these. These are proper portions recommended by doctors although these help for Bariatric patients too. I wish I could get some of my friends to use these plates-they have plates too. They may sell the smaller silverware too. I don’t remember but if you use these, it will help you eat appropriate sized meals and also remind you to eat veggies and protein and carbs in proportion. That can be modified some according to your doctor, depending on your diet. Anyway, these are good if you want to be mindful of how much you should eat vs how much you want ti eat.
