Cute and quiet. I was VERY disappointed in the amount of time the expensive cartridges lasted. I ordered three different scents thinking maybe I got the lighter scents, but all three really didn't have any scent after about 4 days. I changed how often the fan would turn on I changed the speed of the fan and it still didn't matter. All the unit is, is a cute box with a fan underneath it to blow up through the cartridge to disperse the scent. I was really hoping that this was going to be a great purchase I have cold air diffusers and I just can't seem to get the perfect scent that I love. This unit has the scent I love but does not come through on any kind of length of time to justify a $55 cartridge every week.

The fragrance itself is very good, although the monthly refill cost is somewhat expensive. The main issue is the mobile app, unfortunately, it’s a disaster. The app only displays whether the unit is on or off. It does not show the current fan speed, the programmed run frequency, or whether the fan is actively running at a given moment. There is no option to pause the fan through the app; that can only be done using the physical button on the bottom of the unit. Additionally, when you update and save a schedule, the changes do not take effect unless you manually turn the unit off and back on. Switching from Wi-Fi back to Bluetooth is also unnecessarily complicated; the only way to do it is to remove the device from the app entirely and then re-add it. Overall, the hardware is good, but the app experience needs significant improvement.

Expensive, but loved the concept. I researched what the scent was at the Wilderness Lodge at Disney World and bought the machine and two cartridges. The scent was offensive. The app is good and I scaled back the frequency and length the machine was active. I ordered a new cartridge which will take weeks to receive, but I am hoping that scent will be better. I had a hard time picking a new scent.

Product is good and an improvement from the previous version that I also own. The thing that lets the product down is the build quality. I managed to get a deal during black Friday but If I paid full price for this item (which is in the region of $300 dollars then i would be very disappointment. Also packaging from the US to the UK was not smooth as the supplier had not even shipped the item by the delivery date i was provided - they did then post it out within a week once i had put in a complaint (but the point here would be i should not have needed to put a complaint in to get things moving).
