I can’t say enough great things about this product. Every flavor I’ve tried has been delicious. I put one of these in my water every day in a large water bottle. Encourages me to drink because it provides a little bit of flavor and I know that I’m getting some extra electrolytes throughout the day. So many others on the market are way too salty for me. These have limited ingredients and the taste is great.

I bought this because it was cheaper than liquid IV. I suggest using a 16 oz water to one packet. Tastes ok. You do feel hydrated.

Pretty salty, the juicy pack wasn’t very flavorful. In terms of electrolytes, I’ve liked pedialyte powder pretty good, and liquid IV is good for drinking more water because it doesn’t get too diluted. Drip drop is pretty much strictly for 8oz or less. Tried having two in a day yesterday and got a stomachache, so those with sensitive stomachs should try to sample this before committing
