8-15 for the men's version. I would assume women's would be the same.

Q: How long are these from heel to below the knee?

They are 13” but they do stretch.

Q: Do compression socks help restless toes syndrome

It's not prescribed for but personally I wear them during the day and it helps. Also using vicks at night with a soft loose sock helps. Icy hot and the like are too strong and it burns. Teds are only worn during waking hours per Dr's orders. Any compressions should be used per Dr's orders to avoid issues.

The socks are completely synthetic, and threads are unravelling after one wash. The fit is ok, just like wearing socks a size smaller. Too expensive, given the global shipping charges.
