This magnesium supplement is the best I have ever used. My personal trainer recommended it to me and I would purchase through her company. It used to be so easy for me to wake up to the slightest of noises in the night, and then stay awake for hours because of chatter brain. This Mg has changed all that! I sleep through things that used to wake me up, and if I do inevitably get up, I’ll sleep back in less than five minutes. This is like a miracle to me!
