Decent mix for the price. The Romano is quite noticeable but the parmesan is a touch muted. Not salty.

This is a good cheese for pizza,spaghetti,salads or whatever. Taste is very good and the texture is great. I will buy it again.

Good value for the money.

It's definitely one of my favorite Amazon products. It has the nice robust flavor of both Parmesan and Romano cheese. It's the same size as the ones that you would find in the store but for a much better price. It has the perfect texture to use it on pasta, salads, breads etc. The best part for me is that it comes with a long shelf life. I definitely recommend trying it.
