Legion Stonehenge Aqua Watercolor Block (L21-SQC140WH1420), 140 Cold Press, 14 X 20 inches, 15 Sheets, White

I thought I would try Legion Stonehenge Aqua Watercolor Block because I liked that it comes in the sizes I need without having to cut large sheets to size. I am in love with how it holds the color, blends and also lifts when needed. The paper does not warp as much as others I have tried and it perfect for blending. I definitely recommend it!

This is wonderful, top quality paper. I Iove that it's both archival and vegan. I haven't yet used it with watercolor but am liking very much the way It handles using graphite along with the Caran D'ache Technik or Triangular eraser. (These are great because they remove marks easily and gently without damaging the paper's surface.) For a tight crisp look a smooth hot press paper would be far preferable, but for a more open, expressive feel and a great felt sense of space and depth, this cold press paper with its marvelous look and texture is fantastic.
