Excellent item, serves its purpose well.

Bought this product as an desk based worker to help with back support. I was suffering horrib,y with lower back pain from sitting down for long period and my chair not being supportive, to the point I would be in agony at the end of the day. This product helped after 1 day, it is sturdy and provided support to my lower and mid back. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 star is that it slides down so I have to adjust it often, but for the price and the relief it has provided something I would put up with. It attaches to the chair with an elastic strap which goes over the chair.

I bought this I have a job where I work from home quite a bit and the chair I have it just an ordinary dining chair as I have no room for a proper computer chair. This slides over the back of the chair easily with the elastic bands at the back of it. It has made a huge difference now I'm comfortable and it also helps my posture.

Barely provides any support, too strong, offer you back pain instead of calming, doesn’t stay in place, not worth it to buy in my opinion.

Great item. Just out of hospital and this was an excellent addition to my office chair .
