Good book but poor print
The content of the book is great. It covers some of the most difficult aspect about dealing with things in life but in stories instead of more rigorous explanation. You will find pieces of different human psychologies and philosophy in somewhat coherent story line. The print quality is why I deducted one star, almost feels like pirated book

Amazing.
Almost done with the book, but I had to share since I take my time and am currently occupied with other books and whatnot. This book, along with many of his other works can be life changing, I suggest it...no...I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, change the way you look at life. Don't be so easily fooled by pretty words and nifty trends. Do more, be more. Be Stoic.

A New Perspective on Troubles
The writer combines old stoic philosophy with more recent historical events to illustrate the continued relevance of stoicism to living lives filled with stress, common stress or extraordinary stress. The lessons help frame a way to look at troubles and take them head on to end up in a better place. Coping with life's adversities becomes much less daunting.
