I like to put it in my milk to make a milkshake but it gets very clumpy so you need to whisk it. You would like this if you want to hit your protein goals and if you are a sweet tooth! Ich nutze das Impact Whey Isolate jetzt schon eine Weile und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Geschmacklich wirklich lecker und nicht künstlich, was mir bei Proteinpulver immer wichtig ist. Es löst sich richtig gut auf, egal ob im Shaker oder Mixer, keine Klümpchen. Es wird sehr schaumig bzw. cremig, fast schon wie ein Shake aus dem Café. Muss man mögen, ich find’s aber ganz angenehm. Für mich ein solides Proteinpulver, kauf ich wieder.

Me encanta el sabor. Si es verdad que no noto nada, pero entiendo que es un complemento que ayuda al músculo después de hacer ejercicio y a tener una ingesta de proteína diaria recomendada.

best brand ive had no stomach upset, no clumping at all, taste is nice n pleasant without the overbearing sweetness of some brands
