I am hard on my body. Going on 40 and I'm more active than I have ever been. I teach group fitness classes and run around with my daughter and my dogs. I attend other classes as well and work out at home and in the gym. The past couple of weeks I've been taking these because I was getting achy. I have take NutriSuppz in the past and like the brand so of course went with them again. I'm very happen. I've noticed less aches when getting up in the morning and feel looser in my joints when moving about.

I have been getting over a torn meniscus (knee) and also torn wrist ligament. In both cases, I am trying to avoid surgery. I believe these capsules are reallyhelping the healing process. I have been giving my dogs glucosamine for general wellness and joint pain management. It worked wonders for them, and then i quickly learned it could do the same for me! I have small lateral tears in my meniscus that cause intermittent pain. Since taking these pills, I am able to start working in restaurants again, and i've even been able to get back on my skis! This product is great! I’ve had what you call tennis elbow for the past few years. After taking these capsules for only two weeks I’ve noticed a huge difference. I no longer feel the pain and I am able to lift weights without feeling discomfort.

I don't use the product, I buy for my husband. He says this works amazing. He had surgery on his knee and this helps with his mobility. He gets mad when I forget to order before he runs out.
