As advertised. This is a well engineered bag with the customer in mind.
I travel a lot and needed something compact, lightweight, and rugged. It is very helpful that the wheels turn in every direction. Even though it's light, the frame is tough and protects the contents. Fits in overhead bin carry-on for international flight, as advertised. In past years I wanted something fancier and somehow thought a more expensive brand would mean 'better', but I am a convert. I can see why all the frequent travelers who posted reviews here use the Travelpro brand.

Just the right size
We were very happy to find these bags. We have a house in Southern France with no easy way to get there. It usually involves 2 flights and a long drive. We found that if we fly or take a bus from a major airport to a smaller airport like Stansted in the U.K., we can then fly on Ryan Air to Carcassonne and have a 15 minute drive to the house. The problem is the luggage. Our cabin bag on an international flight is too big to go as a cabin bag on Ryan Air. We would end up paying a couple hundred £££pounds extra every trip. These bags have saved us. They are just the right size for Ryan’s bag sizers... It also makes it easy to fly Ryan spur of the moment on their very cheap flights for a couple days to many destinations all over Europe.

This will fly in the cabin of any airline in the world, and if you're a good packer (and don't mind being stuck with only the shoes you're wearing and doing laundry where you're staying), you can easily fit 2 weeks worth of clothing and accessories into this bag. The large front compartment held an umbrella and collapsible travel cane. I fit 2 pairs of (very very big) trousers, eight shirts and four sets of socks/undergarments in the main compartment, and there's room for miscellaneous accessories like plug converters, electronic doodads, inside. 3-1-1 toiletry bag fits in the top-front compartment. The real interesting thing was the pocket and plug for a USB charging brick. I considered it a gimmick that I'd never really use, but I put a charging pack in and hooked it up, figuring it was better to have it than not. Well, a delayed flight in an airport without a charging station by the gate reared its ugly head, and guess who wasn't scrambling to find a wall charger. This guy. <smug grin>.I've always been a fan of the Crew series. I've owned the Crew 3 and 5 rollaboards, but needed a 21" bag that conformed to European airline 55cm (21.6") carryon standards. This fit the bill perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Say what you will about United, at least there I can still bring my 22" trusty Crew 5 onboard!

Zipper broke after first use!
This was an extremely disappointing bag. The outside zipper broke on the first time I used it. It was not overstuffed and it was used as carry on. The other zippers are failing already, and I’ve had the bag less than two months. I was particularly unhappy since I’ve had previous TravelPro bags and not had this kind of problem—they’ve lasted for years.Do NOT buy this bag!

Lightweight and well made
Lightweight, compact. Not terribly roomy, but it’s small. Excellent handle and wheels. Glides smoothly.

Not great - Wobbles
This is the second one I have received. I returned the first one because it wobbles in use. I appreciate Amazon's customer service with this issue. However, this one also wobbles, although I decided to keep it because the size and weight work well for me and I need it for my work travels. I do not recommend it if smooth movement through the terminal is important for you. Travelpro should be able to fix this issue

True International Carry-on!
To all travelers out there who is in the market to get an international carry-on luggage that would satisfy strict requirements for carry-on on most budget airlines in Europe. I spent several weeks online looking for a perfect carry-on luggage. This was a very daunting experience. Most of those carry-on you find out there are appropriate for US market. However, in Europe, they would not be allowed in the cabin and you will be forced to check it in. The good news is - this particular carry-on - “Crew 11, 20” inch International Spinner” - Is the one you were searching for. Here are actual measurements including wheels on the bottom, handle on top and on the side, and the front packet (in Inches): 21.5 H x 15.75 W x 7.5 D (+ about 1" if there is anything in the front packet.). (in centimeters): 54.6 H x 40 W x 19 D (+ about 2.5 cm if there is anything in the front packet.).I hope this will save someone's time. Bon Voyage!

My Second Travelpro
This Travelpro Crew 11 is now my second Travelpro luggage product. Following the course of its shipment online, it arrived two days before the designated promised arrival. And the Courier Plus delivery man was ever so delightful in handing the package to me. Upon opening the box, it once again was obvious that I had purchased a quality product....the first one being the Travelpro underseat carryon....this Crew 11 fills all the desired elements looked for in an overhead carryon. Funnily enough, when looking at its description online, I thought to myself that I did not really need the garment bag listed seeing as I have a couple of triple-fold ones, nor was I particularly interested in the expandable feature. The packer at Amazon must have intuitioned that for me in that the product received did not have the garment bag nor have the expandable feature....I was very pleased, thank you. For myself this swivil carryon is meant to be lightweight and for easy lifting and moving along with and so to add more, 'stuff', to it defeats that purpose in my opinion. I am particularly pleased also for the underside handle for lifting purposes as it provides good grip to hold while lifing into an overhead cabin locker. The only other luggage I know of which has such a feature is the medium-sized, polycarbonate Roncato (of which I have two), and it is a good addition by which to handle luggage. It didn't take me long to pack this Crew 11 for my next trip, by train this first time, and all the essentials were well catered for and even room to toss in extras if needed. One can carry what is needed for a quick shower and change in a travel-club facility, eg., Qantas Club, when traveling by air. And once again a built-in recharger pocket which is excellent. It swivels nicely and easily and the handle is sturdy to pull up into a comfortable position to haul the small case. I am very pleased with the heavy-duty ballistic nylon construction and look forward to traveling with it for a good long while. I heartily endorse this little carryon....Travelpro knows how to create practical and quality products to make traveling easier. Oh, as an added note: when I began traveling in the mid 1960s, we didn't have luggages which had wheels and I had to carry my two, "2-suiters", as they were called, from one part of the airport to the other. At my now age into my 80s I am profoundly glad for the wheeled luggages. And I am quite happy to check-in a couple of larger cases with weeks' or month's attire and essentials because they too have wheels these days for on-ground manuevering. But this light-weight Travelpro carryon is ideal for a quick change in a travel club. Happy travels to all Travelpro adherents.Addit 20 May '22: I would like to add to my erstwhile notation now that my crew 11 has had its initiation into my travel itineraries. I can heartily agree with both the description of the luggage and with other customers that this carryon rolls beautifully and easily, almost as though gliding over territory, even with a small added bag hung over the handle. It is stable and holds its shape well whether full or empty. The zippers perform well too for closure and opening. It's an item giving confidence in how one feels when traveling as well as how one appears to others with it. Certainly a product to recommend.

A true international carry-on.
This international spinner will fit as a carry on for all international flights, that's what it is designed for. It is shorter and thinner than the carry-ons commonly seen for sale in N. America which will often have to be checked in for international flights (especially on non-N. American carriers). If you want the slightly bigger case that you are accustomed to, don't buy this. But for travelling overseas and with different airlines, this is ideal. The multiple height adjustment of the telescopic handle is a plus as this allows for a comfortable grip and push. The wheels glide smoothly and quietly. One just have to pack wisely and don't expect to have your 15-inch lap top also in this suitcase.
