Why does my massage gun keeps shutting off by itself?

This is an automatic protection program. Every 10 minutes, the power of the massage gun will be automatically turned off to protect the power battery motor. You only need to restart it. In order to enhance the user experience, the follow-up product will be changed to automatically shut down every 20 minutes

How does this compare to a hsbrace ? i'm just starting to look into massage guns...

Don't buy from Hbrace. 2 weeks still no gun though it says expedited shipping. Company phone has generic recording, no answer and no call back

Are any guidelines regarding which speeds to use for different areas?

I’m not sure. I’d just say, it’s probably not best to use the “high” setting on sensitive areas. Wink, wink.

The user instructions say to tap the power button once for level one, twice for level 2 and 3 times for level three but ours will not do that.

Dear,I don’t understand what you mean. When you turn on the bottom power of the handheld, you can press + and-to change the speed level. There are 30 gears to choose from.
