These things are awesome. Easy to unpack and set up. They go right up with very little effort and very easy to maneuver. They also look great. they have a "Japanese Cartoon" look to them. Much better than a "regular" run of the mill kite.

At first I was puzzled by this…no stick to insert…but once it catches the wind it is so easy to handle. I would recommend this for children due to how easy it is to keep in the air…what a fun kite!

Perfect for the beach. Compact and packable. Bigger than expected when flying. Kids loved it. Only downside is you have to tie the ropes together, no easy clip, but that took a whole 3 minutes.

Honestly, when we first got these and saw there were no poles and it was just a bunch of strings, we were going to return it then and there, but decided to give them a try and I’m so glad we did! These are so easy to get up in the air and flying, they are a great price, good quality, and just over all great! We fly them in a park and even landed one in a tree and just pulled the line and it came right out! These are awesome and cute! They have a little bag and store really nice! We even leave one in the car under the seat for if the weather is great and we are out and about to go fly a kite without having to go home and get it or to store a big bulky thing !

Kids had so much run flying these! First off they were really easy to put together. The kite itself already comes with strings attached and knotted together so all you have to do is attach the runner line and your set to go. The rainbow tail strings all come with a tie on them so they dont get tangled which you need to untie before use. KEEP THE TIE! It comes in very handy when tying the kite back up and fitting them in the bags they came with. I was worried i wouldnt be able to get them back in the bags but having two people we managed to roll it up and it fit in nicely, almost impossible to fold the way it came though. One of our strings (on the blue one) got knotted a bit but we just cut it off since there was plenty of string and will reattach it again next time we use. Very easy to handle and even a 4 and 6 year old were able to fly them with ease. Love them!

I bought these kites on a whim. I had zero expectations of them but to last a few minutes so my boys could experience some kite fun at the beach. They exceeded my expectations! They flew beautifully and were so easy to put together. My boys loved them. Shoot, I loved them. They looked so cool flying around. Get them! You won't be disappointed. They stored easily too for next time.

One kite worked fabulous and the other was a dud and we couldn’t ever keep it off the ground. It would go up about 10 ft. And then back twirling and diving to the ground within seconds. I have bought these before and both worked great, but something was wrong with one of the kites in this set. So giving it 3 stars. The kite that actually worked correctly was the best kite on the beach without a doubt. We tied it off to the chair and it flew all day without a problem.

No assembly required, easy for toddler to fly. Doesn’t require parent running down the beach throwing it into the air! Just stand and throw, it takes off by itself!

We love these kites. There is no frame, which seemed weird at first, but they go up SO easily and are so easy to fly. They pack up into these small little pouches and weigh close to nothing, so will be perfect for vacation. The only small downside is that after many flights, the fabric on the tails is starting to fray and gets tangled more easily, but they just need some trimming to fix that. Highly recommend, and would absolutely buy again.

Took these out to the beach with my nieces and nephew, on a moderately windy afternoon. It easily takes off in moderate wind and stays aloft, but when the wind speed slows, it has a bit of trouble staying afloat. It also tangles easily, and the spool that the kite string winds onto is not the best -- somehow after several winding & unwinding, it twists the string so much that it starts to bunch up near where the string is attached to the kite. However, the kite itself held up pretty good despite several "groundings" during flight. We tried to use it a second time, but everything was so twisted up we just gave up.

Small and compact, easy to carry, and easy to fly

I think I had more fun than the kid lol this was amazingly fun. The winds on the day I went was 37/mph and the kite was sturdy, rope didn’t break. Loved every minute! Also appreciate they provide two just in case something happens to one of them.
