This is an amazing product! Saw results within 2 weeks. The only caveat is to buy a roll of medical tape, while the first 14 were fine, the second package peeled off during the night. Third package was ok though.

Gave as a gift kept for Spring so out of return window. Seemed to be working but last patch had no active ingredient on it, just a plain bandaid. And with the price that's not good, risky quality control.

I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection on my big toe for a while, and I started using these Kerasal patches for 14 nights straight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly impressed. After just two weeks, I saw a visible difference as the nail looks a little lighter, less thick, and isn’t lifting as much as it used to. I took a one-week break after finishing the first round, and now I’ve started again. The patches are easy to use, stay on overnight, and don’t cause any irritation.Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the patches could be a little better in size for larger nails like the big toe, and they’re a bit pricey for a short supply but they definitely work if you’re consistent. I’ll keep using them and hope for continued improvement!

First time use it ripped ~3/8" patch of skin off my toe per the pics. Ended up getting infected with 2 rounds of anti-biotics and 2 antibiotic injections over 5 Dr visits. I then saw a podiatrist for 12 visits to care for the wound and had to adjust my walk and activity level for 4 months until it healed. Podiatrist said there was no reason I would be susceptible to this happening. I have no skin conditions, am not diabetic, normal blood pressure, exercise regularly and am in good general health.

Takes several months to truly see any improvement, in my opinion. Keeping your toe nails clean and trimmed while using this helps too. I did see improvement, but didn't take any before pictures to show the difference.
