Decently bright and fills up most of the room with its cool patterns, either statically on specific patterns/colors or rapidly shifting between all of them. Since the coolest pattern (the one with all the colors turned on) doesn't have its own setting for some absurd reason, I'd recommend the setting that switches around.The controller is FLIMSY, and uses those god awful flat, quarter sized batteries you see every now and then.Even with the battery all the way in, and the remote pointed directly at the infrared point on the unit itself, I have to mash the buttons to get it to respond to different speed settings and such, but thankfully I only use one setting anyway.

Wow what a surprise from such a small light!! I am a DJ and I used this last night at my show, it performed just as good as a big one I have. It has 3 different settings for functioning with music, right on point. About the size of a baseball with a tiny remote control, I used the remote from about 15 feet away and it worked perfect. My guests could not believe the action of this light, I highly recommend it

Our 3-yr old niece loves this!! She doesn't understand what each button on the remote does, but she loves seeing the lights change whenever she pushes a button. Although there are LEDs in this, it does get warm after several minutes, due to the motor that is rotating the LED platform inside. I do not feel comfortable leaving it on for too long because I do not want the electromotor to get too hot and stop working. The LEDs are very bright and the moving patterns of the lights are mesmerizing to children.

I really liked the LDBPL I used them when announcing the winners of a food competition. It has a lot of functions I still don't know how to use. I didn't like that the remotes were not reliable. Sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. Which meant I had to jump on the stage and manually unplug them. Or sometimes one remote would either turn both on or off at the same time. That was problematic when trying to create various affects. Besides that it was a good deal.

For the price, it is a great disco light and lights up a huge area. It works well in our living room which is about 20' x 15'. It has changing patterns of lights. Good for the price. We wanted it for parties when someone got an answer correct and we could have flashing lights as if it were a game show. This will work for this and for disco dancing parties as well. It was packaged well and delivered promptly.

This arrived on time and lit up well. The light didn't arrive with any bolts/screws to attach the mount and the remote doesn't work. The light is on constantly so all I need to do is plug it in and it works, but I would like to option to change a setting. For the money, this is worth it. It is very bright for it's size and on the random setting it is currently stuck on it works well.

It died after one use. ONE. It was handed with care and was not jostled or dropped at all. Do yourself a favor and buy a more sturdy product, because this one is trash!!

Opened the box, took the light out, plugged it in the wall and it worked for 2 hours and just made a snapping noise and went out. End of light, end of story.
