Works ! Nothing magical to speak of but quality is good.

I personally like the flavor, however my spouse has a sensitive flavor palate and feels this tastes like "chemical." It's like cilantro: you either like it, or you think it tastes like soap. I can't tell if it benefits me in any way, regarding my workouts, but I also drink this as an alternative to plain water throughout the day as hydration.

Great taste for such a good price. Lemon lime is my favorite. It’s a bit crystallized inside, but seems to taste fine and the used by date is still good. I’ve been using this type of BCAAs for years and always feel way better after using it. It has a really good amount of BCAAs in it and doesn’t have many extra ingredients.

I have fibromyalgia and frequently have difficulty finding products/supplements that give me noticeable energy. Coffee doesn't work and gives me a tummy ache, energy drinks (like Redbull) are OK but contain more sugar than I feel comfortable with dumping into my body. I tried a scoop of this mixed with water and within 5-10 minutes I had considerable energy! This product is definitely worth trying, if only for that reason. I also experienced mental clarity and focus. I had so much energy I was almost jittery. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who has high blood pressure because it does increase your heart rate. I got the Lemon-Lime flavor. It's very sweet and very sour at the same time, so it's a pretty interesting flavor. It's pretty good. Reminds me of those sour candies I used to love as a kid. With how strongly this stuff tastes I'd be apprehensive to mix it with anything but water. I think mixing it with juice or something like that would be way over-powering. I mean, it doesn't taste absolutely delicious or anything, but compared to the plethora of other powdered mixes I've tried, this stuff is one of the top 3 best tasting. One scoop dissolves completely in about 4 ounces of water after a light mixing. It's not at all chalky and doesn't leave residue in the bottom of the glass. I haven't used this as a pre-work yet, so I can't speak to that. I can, however, say that after some physical activity with this already in my system, I didn't seem to get as sore as I typically would have. I'd recommend this stuff for sure.

I've been using a different BCAA product for a long time and decided it was time to switch it up. Once I started looking it turns out there are TONS of different nutrition companies selling their own blends of BCAAs claiming it's the best...but low and behold I came across EVL who I first tired with their Amino Energy powder. I loved the flavor and how well it worked as a preworkout (that didn't make me feel like my heart was going to explode) so I wanted to see how their other products stacked up. I did keyboard some research and found that BCAA 5000 is recommended by a bevy of different publications/pros. I figured, why not give it a try? I checked it out and was completely blown away! I got the Cherry Limeade flavor and it is like drinking candy (of course without all the sugar)!!! The flavor has a great sour punch to it, and lasts all the way through my workouts. I also feel like the effects are working toward my fitness goals in that I'm getting better pumps, less sore, and am still achieving the gains I'm seeking. Plus, on top of all that the price is insanely reasonable! I can't wait to try the other flavors and see how well this product can hold up. Let's go!

I liked this product, it taste good, and it gives you the energy needed for a great workout

I've been using Evlution EVL BCAAs Amino Acids Powder for over six months, and it's become a staple in my post-workout recovery routine. The Cherry-Lime flavor is excellent—it’s refreshing without being overpowering, and it mixes incredibly well. I’ve tried other BCAA powders that clump up, but this one dissolves quickly and smoothly in water. One of the standout benefits for me has been the noticeable bump in energy during workouts and the improved recovery afterward. Like most things, it’s not perfect. But overall, I’m satisfied with this BCAA powder, and I’ll continue using it.
