5-STAR customer service!! I bought this watch in December for my son for Christmas. Great quality! Looks fantastic! Great price!!! Even though it's a dressy watch, my son wears it daily (school, extracurriculars, gym class). He loves it that much! The band broke on one side a couple weeks ago. I reached out to customer service as it has a 2-year warranty. From the first email to arriving in my mailbox was a total of 9 days. I was amazed! My first email was late in the evening and I got a response right away. Within 24 hours they had approved my return and were processing a replacement band. Even though only one side of the band was broken they sent both as a replacement. Highly recommend!! Some other factors to note as a review.... It is in fact waterproof. He has worn it in the shower. It works great as a casual or a dressy watch.

The reason I love BUREI watches is because they are not heavy on your hand, they are so cormfotable, and they make you look simple yet classy.

It looks quite nice. The date window is verrry small. The metal band is comfortable. The time so far has been consistent but only two days. No good data on battery wear or watch durability after 2 days. So four stars for 'good so far'. If I had it for a year and all was still well i'd give it 5 stars.

Nice for the money. High Quality leather band. Accurate to a second or less. I'll keep it and hope I get longevity from the battery.

I am not a watch person or someone who would spend large amounts of money on a watch. This watch however, looks very professional and works great when dressed up. I can’t speak on durability because I only wear it once a week.

Not the worst option, but also not perfect. I've got fairly large hands, but I'm still down on the second-to-lowest adjustment. Also, the buckle loop his held on by pressure, so if you, say, drop the watch on tile flooring, the aforementioned buckle may pop off, scattering the tiny inner pieces across the floor of a public bathroom. Just a thought, purely hypothetical.
