Really very nice replacement for Moen
I usually buy name brand on high use faucets, but our kitchen sink Moen unit's insides literally rusted and stained the stainless steel sink (luckily, under the hole cover plate) - so I don't see the sense in paying $150-$200 for Moen or Koehler. For $45, this Arofa high arc faucet was a seamless replacement, and - in black - it looks really nice against the stainless steel sink.I very much like that the water supply lines are standard stainless steel braided, 3/8" fittings, so I didn't have to get braided lines at the box store, and there are no add'l joints to leak between the supply and the faucet (this is probably standard today, but the Moen it replaced required separate supply lines). One oddity, not a problem, but the 3/8" fittings tighten with a 17mm wrench, most 3/8" fittings tighten with a 16mm.I also much prefer the drop-down sprayer style to the Pull-out-of-post it replaced. The pull OUT style angles *DOWN* into the body of the faucet post, allowing water overspray to trickle into the post. The Moen was replaced because it would barely rotate anymore - it's inner works were rusted completely away, nothing left but a handful of red grit. The pull DOWN sprayer style pulls out of the end of the arc, any overspray would have to travel *UP* and over the arc to get into the faucet body. Much better design.I like that the sprayer hose is covered in a braided stainless steel covered with some kevlar-ish stuff. It slides easily. The moen's uncovered braided steel abraded and unravelled.Installation was trivially easy once the old faucet and it's bits were out. Feed the lines and the threaded section through the 3-hole cover plate; from below slip the large ABS/brass threaded ring over the lines, and hand tighten onto the faucet threads. I'd prefer to wrench tight, but the large ring is clearly designed to prevent over tightening. Attach the braided, color-coded supply lines to the existing 3/8" supply fittings. Clip the sprayer weight to the marked position on the sprayer cable. Turn on the water supply, and you're done.I like the look of the 3-hole cover plate, which has a thick waterproof pad, but I don't like that it is held only by the faucet body & hand-tightened ring. The cover plate it replaced had threaded posts sticking thru the unused holes, which tightened securely to the underside of the sink. Without these, it's too easy to move the cover plate. In the end, I applied plumbing cement to the underside of the plate's soft pad and tightened that securing ring as hand tight as I could get it :-) It can move, still, but it's solid.ONE NOTE... if you existing water supply pipes don't have 3/8" compression fittings... as many older houses don't... *and* you have the option of replacing the supply valve... I'd really suggest replacing the existing multi-turn valve with a 1/4 turn 3/8" comp outlet fitting, directly to the supply pipe (in our case, a 1/2" copper pipe, so a 1/2" compression inlet fitting). The multi-turn valves are horrible sources of leakage. The EASY way is fine - a 3/8" adapter to whatever your supply requires, but is an add'l source for leakage. If your wall pipe is 1/2" copper or 3/4" MIP (threaded pipe), replacing the valve is not beyond most homeownersSO... for a quarter of the price of the faucet it replaced, I'm really happy with this faucet. It looks good, is not leaking, and was easy to install.Time will tell whether it holds up, but it looks and feels solid. All the fittings and supply lines are good quality, all the important parts are 304 steel, all the moving parts move easily, but feel solid. We paid full AMZN price for this item - no compensation for review.

Warranty is not ignored by the company!
I purchased the item from Amazon. It was very easy to install. It came with directions that were easy to follow. The connectors under the sink are very good quality. The faucet is very stable. After several months of use, the sprayer portion of the faucet started acting up and would not return to normal after using the sprayer. I contacted the company for warranty and was assisted by Aimee. A few simple emails including one I sent with a video of how the sprayer was working incorrectly and Aimee sent me a new sprayer. Detaching the sprayer portion from the faucet was very easy. I replaced the old sprayer part with the new one and it works great and looks great! Sturdy faucet and great water flow.

Low cold water pressure (and yes... I flushed my lines)
UPDATE 3/25...After contacting Amazon, they agreed to replace this faucet which now works better than the first one. Still... the sensor is hit or miss and although it can be worked with after getting used to it, it's not any better than the first unit and not at all as good as my old Kohler model (which cost $80 more at Costco). Also, the valve handle has a lot of travel, but doesn't run until it's about 1/3rd the way opened- then quickly runs full speed at 2/3rds open. I know I'll get used to it with more use, but I find myself spending a lot of time working that valve just to get the right flow for any given task.So as it's seemingly well made and does have a 1 year warranty (which Amazon honored), and it's working well enough... I will give it 3 1/2 stars- which is rounded up to four for this final review. This faucet replaced a more expensive Kohler touchless that failed after 3 years. This unit had good reviews so I bought it... then missed the return window due to the holidays :(I finally got it installed after a few months of delays and since using it for a few weeks I have noticed that the water pressure is sometimes VERY low on the cold side. Other times it runs good pressure. I cleared the lines before installing (as wisely directed by the manufacturer) and used the water supply lines that came with the faucet. I do not think any particulates got into the faucet (this has happened in the past with new plumbing installs I've done, so I ALWAYS flush lines). The Kohler had a better sensor location (up under the spout- up high above where ones hands are washing things), but I am fine with this unit's sensor WHEN it works. It misses about 1/2 the time and sometimes I almost have to physically touch it to get it to work.I would be happy enough with it if the intermittent low pressure problem on the cold side of the valve wasn't happening. It otherwise seems to be built well and I do like the pull down strainer and it's spray selector button better than the Kohler. If I could return it for a replacement and solve the low pressure issue I'd have given it 4 starts. If the sensor worked more than 1/2 the time, then it would have received 5 stars.

Absolutely stunning. Very well worth the price and very reasonable. Look and functions great! It is replacing a $189 faucet.

Perfect for my needs
I was debating a brand that was $160 from my local store but before I did I decided to check Amazon. Based on all the positive reviews and the price I purchased this and received it today. It’s installed and perfect. I can’t believe it was more than 1/4 cheaper than I would have paid locally.

Great customer service
This faucet is great and the company as well and they stand behind their warranty as I had a issue with the hot water not having pressure one day and I reached out to the company and they took care of me and worked with me to find the issue and after changing a part to no avail they are sending me a new faucet. Highly recommend and the quality and fit and finish is great as well 👍👍👍

Great service after the sale
Four years and nine months into a five-year warranty, I had an issue with my faucet. I contacted them and they just sent me a brand-new replacement. Great customer service.
