- 8" long blade made of high graded carbon steel, 5" Drake Rosewood full-tang handle, 13" overall length (appox), weighs about 450 grams with Sheath. thikness of the blade is about 3/8" inches or 10mm at the spine.
- Very Sharp or easy to sharp as its made of carbon steel or Car spring or railway track. Its comes with 2 small utilities knives (Karda & Chakmak).
- Semi-polished, well water-tempered blade. Drake rosewood handle attached with 2 alley rivets to handle. The Sheath is made out of water buffalo hide (leather) covered in soft wood. The sheath is natural buffalo leather.
- Handforge by The Kami and Biswakarma castes who are the traditional inheritors of the art of kukri-making. It is handmade using the top quality materials in a very traditional way with predictable tools.
The Tin Chirra, named tin (meaning three) this Kukri has three Chirras (fullers) on its blade and is one of GK&Co. Kukri Houses finest products to date. The blade of this Kukri is 8” with a semi-polished high grade carbon steel With balanced water pouring temper on the edge of the blade made to last. With a scabbard covered in Black colored genuine leather and a handle made of burly Rosewood the 5” handle has a flat full tang unlike other handles (Not Rat tail) with artistry surrounding the entire grip. The handle and Blade graciously flow into a single unit joined by two Rosewood pieces powerfully attached to the metal part of handle with metal rivets. Additionally this blade can be used to chop wood, cut through bone and clear jungle brush. Two Accessory Knives: The Karda; which has a sharp edge is used of skinning animal hairs & other one is called Chakmak (blunt) is used for sharpening blade.
