Love these lamps! It was a little tricky putting the shade together. But once a followed the directions it was much easier to connect the shade to metal skeleton. Charges two cells at the same time well. Oh the only negative thing is when your ready to turn lamp off to go to sleep .... if you turn off lamp with the cord on/off switch lamp won’t charge things. Only if you use the on/off switch under light bulb area will things charge (when you turn off). It also charges things with the lamp on as well. My husband made the mistake and turned off lamp with cord switch and his cell was dead when he woke up. We tested that out, and that’s how we knew. That was not in the directions.

I needed to replace the lamp in my living room and did a lot of research before choosing this pair. I only needed one, but since so many lamps come in a pair, I was happy I chose these. I used one in my living room and one in my home office. The lighting is warm, but bright and gives such a cozy feeling. It was just what I was looking for. Building your own lamp sounds a bit intimidating, but it was so simple to do. The pictures in instruction manual explains it perfectly. The lamp shades have a velcro strip on it to close it up, so I personally like to hide the velcro strip. I placed one by the window with the velcro facing the outside. The stand is sturdy and looks elegant. Make sure to buy some bulbs for them. I love that each lamp has a power switch on the top and on the actual cord, so you have the option of choosing whichever you prefer. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE these lamps! They are so much better in person! Totally worth the money! You do get two lamps and they both have 2 USB charging ports which work!There is some assembly when you get them but its SUPER easy and they just look so cute and modern!They were the perfect height and provide plenty of light in my bedroom. I used 60W bulbs here.UPDATE 1/11/2021: The USB port stopped working on one of my lamps and I only had the lamp for a little over a month! I plan on exchanging it for a new one.

When I opened the box and saw that the shades were flat lengths of lamp material, I was doubtful that these lamps would meet my expectations. But, I was wrong. The shades went together with a "snap", (literally) with only one very neat seam where the ends join and they turned out perfect. Brilliant design. I've included a photo of one of the set.

Bought these for my daughter. She did the minimal assembly herself and said it was so easy. She loves the lamps and the way they look in her living room! And the USB charging ports are a great bonus! Was a little leery about the ports and how well they’d hold up but so far so good! Would definitely recommend!

It’s hard to believe they fold two lamps up and put them in the same box. The shades need to be unrolled and put on the frame. Very easy. The shade closes with a strip of Velcro. The ports are handy, two per lamp, and I love the touch control feature. The bulbs could a bit brighter but that’s easily remedied. Five stars from me!

These lamps not only look nice, they are a great power solution for a space with few outlets. We have an older home with few outlets in each room, these lamps offered the ability to use USB chargers to charge anything using a USB port.

I ordered these lamps because I thought try had USB ports. They don't; but they are perfect small lamps for our lake cabin. Assembly was a snap!! They look more expensive then they were!
