Silymarin Supports Your Liver
I've been confident in buying supplements through Now Foods for years. I especially like the fact that their supplements are GMP certified for potency and listed ingredients. In fact, NOW was one of the first dietary supplement manufacturers in the year 2000 to seek Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification when it first came available. (SEE PIC) They undergo re-certification each year, consistently maintaining an ‘A’ rating by the National Products Association (NPA) after an intense audit process. This is your assurance you're buying a quality supplement not just for now but in the years ahead. I chose this particular Milk Thistle formula because of it's extra strength potency. It's offers 450mg of Milk Thistle extract versus 150mg which is is the standard potency. It's what the Vet recommended for my 9 year old dog when his blood tests showed his liver enzymes were slightly elevated. I compared this product with others being sold out there less expensively but the extract and flavonoid potency was considerably less per soft gel. Granted these soft gels might be a little larger than others sold out there on the market. However, their not exceptionally large with the size being around 7/8th of an inch in length and 3/16ths of a inch in diameter. (SEE PIC) I also like the fact that even when Now marks their prices down on Amazon they don't substitute the purchase with instead older stocked items. I've seen that happen with other sellers and like you I hate to be ripped off. (SEE PIC) Personally, I really think this purchase is a winner and in my case, I'm sure my dog will thank me for it.
