Les balles sont de belle qualité et la couleur bleu est superbe. Sac très pratique. J’ai beaucoup aimé que la balle à picots aie une protection propre (bulle en plastique) pour éviter d’abîmer les autres balles dans le sac.

Amazing choice
Can’t go wrong. I managed to properly release my hips with the smooth ball. I tried getting deeper on bum with spikey ball…my advice, do not use the wall to help with this as it marked mine. That’s user stupidity though. Product perfect and lots of choice

Amazing massage tools. Absolutely saved me when I injured my back and neck. Just turn your back toward a wall a drawer place the ball in between the wall and your back. Push your back into the wall and you will feel the magic of it working. I loved the different sizes but I don't use the spiky one. However it's very nice it comes In a clear plastic protect ball to prevent accidental injury. Love it!

I also take magnesium glycinate daily (300-500mg), which really helps loosen things up from the inside out. Do both, and your muscles won’t know what hit them!
