does amazon stock the backrest for this stool

There is a backrest, KM14042. I use it. You can find it from other vendors (do a Google search).

Why is this 14047 stool so much more expensive than the 14045? They seem the same.

why is this simple, functional stool so outrageously expensive? Is it the only basic, comfortable adjustable stool of its kind made?

I love this. It is so very sturdy, and folds for easy transport. I have had a couple of times where I could not stand for the whole time of the gig, but the guys helped set me up and I sat on this and had no problems. It is expensive, but it is so much better than just a stool for me.

Does anyone know if the 14041 carry case comes with this stool? Or can you buy it from this supplier? :-)

I bought one of these outstanding stools though mine did not include a case nor did I see a case " offered" when I was looking to buy it. Try the K&M site as they have an amazing variety of products with some not available in the U.S.
