I generally shy away from products made in China but based on mostly positive reviews I took a chance and ordered and assembled this media console. My midnight black, 58 inch console shipped to me in a few days and was well packaged in a strong, heavy duty, well padded box. Following the supplied installation instructions manual, I assembled the product with no issues and all pieces were well engineered and nicely fit together. Even though it is constructed of a high grade MDF pressed wood, after assembly it seems very sturdy, looks nice and will accommodate my media components.

I find this stand can definitely hold some weight as it is designed well. 4 nicely sized shelving departments make it plenty big enough for home audio receivers and any other components you may have. If you need more depth for your components, the back is easy to cut allowing extra room for speaker wires and additional cable clearance. Great value in my opinion.

We needed a simple black TV stand big enough to hold the ps5, ps4, switch, laptops, speaker, books and tv. This is exactly what we got. It looks good, it's sturdy and it's big. It was easy to put together, everything is clearly marked and illustrated.I took away one star because the material isn't the best and the way it was packaged created a big mess in the house. Despite cleaning there are still little pieces of Styrofoam everywhere

I was looking for something not too small, not too wide, and not too tall because of the potential tip hazard. It fits well in my smaller space and good for a smaller television.Unlike several others, I had no damages to any piece other than a small lift in the veneer on the right top corner. At least a pen is provided for filling scratches. The backing also had a strip of tape across it but that doesn't matter since it is sitting against the wall.Yep, the Styrofoam was a hassle. It breaks up easily and static, gets all over everything, might cause damage if working near electronics.Otherwise, this was one of the better pieces to put together overall. Thank goodness there were pre-drilled holes for the backing, screws instead of nails, and they all lined up. That was the biggest relief for me. Assembly (although it took a while) was much easier than expected. I did not need a cordless drill, just a cross-point screwdriver and a large enough area to work in.Glad I bought it.

I love this TV stand! It looks good in any room. Holds my 55" TV perfectly with a few inches left on either end. What I like best about the TV stand is that it was super easy to put together. The instructions couldn't be any clearer. All of the pieces were clearly marked and I only used 2 simple tools! I am a 63 yr young female with back issues and I put this table together all by myself in about 2 hours. When my husband was out of the house for about 4 hours, when he came home all he had to do was slide in the 2 shelves and place our TV on the stand. He loved it!☺

My TV stand arrived one day after scheduled. The box was a little beaten up. I hired someone to put it together. Although the box showed a picture of the TV stand, the directions inside were for a desk. There were about 50 extra pieces of screws and connectors, which I guess it’s better than 50 less than needed. It is scratched and chipped up in three different places. If I had seen that before it was put together, I would have returned the whole thing. There are extra pieces of wood also that no one could figure out where they went . Remember, no directions. There are big holes where parts of it were screwed together, and I’m sure that there should have been plugs to put in each of these holes, but those were not included. If I could plug up these holes, and if it was not scratched, and if it was not chipped and if it was not a little bit wobbly, I would say it was a good buy. But now, after spending the money for this plus the money I spent having someone put together I am left with a piece of junk.

Given the bad reviews maybe we got lucky. But this came in a day and a half, just in time to set it up for my parents before having to fly back to the other coast. It's heavy and very sturdy. Many people complained of no instructions but they are easy to miss in the big box (10 pages- comes in a manila envelope 8X11- look for it, it is not with the hardware). It would be a nightmare without instructions but with them, all the parts large and small are marked with a number and the corresponding instructions tell you exactly what to do with visuals and how many of each part you will need step by step. You could do it with one person but two makes it even easier. The doors are adjustable and if you know how to adjust the hinges it's simple. We did not have to make many adjustments for them to hang evenly (all quality hinges are made with this adjustment). Given that real wood is hard to find anywhere and certainly not at this price, I am very happy with the way this MDF/ laminate looks. It's great in the chocolate, in other words it does not look cheap and it will probably wear pretty well. I hate paying over $100 for MDF products- but this is a fair price for what is available in general. Very happy with this, I will try to post pictures later.
