These are much higher quality than I expected. I have a small head and these fit great, so be forewarned if you have a larger noggin. The Velcro strap should help to accommodate most. These hats achieve a happy medium between the bulky trucker hat and a fitted ball cap. I am attaching crochet designs to the front of the hat and it’s easy to find a complementary color. I will need to get more in other colors for my purposes so thankfully these are affordable.

Bought these for my students for special Olympics. They all loved it and went well with their matching shirts. They all kept it on as well.

I ordered this 12-pack lot of red Gelante blank baseball caps to use for a group event, planning to customize them. At roughly $2.50 per hat, the value here is absolutely unbeatable compared to buying individual blanks at a craft store. While I am highly impressed with the actual material and construction, I had to deduct a star because the sizing is far from a generic "One Size Fits Most." Here is my detailed breakdown of the quality and the fit: The Good: Surprisingly Premium Material: These are made of an 80% Acrylic and 20% Wool blend, which is a massive step up from the cheap, shiny, 100% polyester foam hats you usually get in bulk lots. They have a nice weight to them, feel soft, and hold their shape beautifully. Great for Customization: Because the material is thick and sturdy, these take Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) and custom embroidery incredibly well. The front panels don't melt or pucker under a heat press. Vibrant Color: I ordered the red, and it is a true, deep, bright red. The color was perfectly uniform across all 12 hats in the box with no weird fading or dye variations. Hook and Loop Closure: The back features a standard Velcro-style strap, making it easy to quickly adjust on the fly without messing with metal buckles. The Catch (Why it gets 4 stars instead of 5): The Fit is Very Large: The manufacturer labels these as "One Size Fits Most," but the profile and crown (depth) of the hat are extremely deep and wide. Not Generic Enough: While these fit larger adult men perfectly, they are way too big for women, teenagers, or anyone with a smaller head. Even when you pull the back strap as tight as it will go, the hat sits so deep that it pushes down on the tops of your ears. Because you have to tighten the strap so much on smaller heads, the back fabric bunches up awkwardly. The Verdict: If you are buying these to customize for a men's softball team, a bachelor party, or an adult work crew, this 12-pack is a 5-star steal. The quality is phenomenal for the price. However, if you are buying these hoping for a truly universal fit for a mixed group of men, women, and older kids, be prepared for them to look oversized and slouchy on about half of your group.

I bought these in bulk and was able to get one color namely Neon Orange which was Blaze Orange. I will be able to give these away as prizes or special achievements at one of HWWA's Range Days or other Hunter Education events. The quality is actually very good and having a velcro adjustable head band is excellent there is more than enough room for a logo in front and the material is heavy enough to take any printing or embroidery. I ordered only one set to check out the product and delivery time, both met my expectations. I am confident that this hat will meet the other members expectations and further orders will be done.

Needed some hats for a virtual family event - BTW, hats are an easy way for all family members to co-ordinate without too much effort (try having people co-ordinate sweaters and you'll see). The biggest plus here is the value as this is a better price you'll get than most retailers and even garment printers. Quality-wise, this isn't some New Era hat with glossy thread and sweat-wicking band, but what you do get is a very sturdy, well stitched hat with a nice rigid body. The adjustable strap works as expected and the overall fit and feel is comfortable. All the hats came in with no difference in colour tone and packaged nicely together. As they're being shipped from overseas, they do take a bit of time coming in, do you may have to plan a little bit ahead. Overall, good value - thanks for reading.
