Impressive kitchen tool !!
Thi is my best addition to my kitchen. We make a lot of chopped salads and this tool makes it so easy to make. I mean really really easy. I can chop 10 tomatoes and 10 cucumbers in less then 3 minutes. It cuts the vegetables to very small nice and even cubes makes a great salad !!

Overall excellent product that does exactly what it's set to do
We're not a restaurant but people who love well-cut salad. This saved us a lot of time while for the most part cutting vegetables exactly how I'd like it and helping us have salad more often. Pros: Cuts vegetables small just as advertised Cuts just as fast as you can turn a handle Comes apart easily for cleaning in 1 minute. Cons: Creates a small mess - the revolving blade drops pieces of cut pieces of vegetables every now and then while cutting Very expensive Overall great quality product

Great product
We use it to cut 20-30 pounds of tomatoes each day. It has been over a year and still working properly

Not a true 1/8" vegetable cutter.
1. Product does the job, but it cuts the vegetable to this size : 1/8" X 1/4" long cubes. 2. The instructions mention that it is suitable to cut cooked meats. It does not work for cooked chicken. The meat gets stuck in the blades. Also, it does not work to cut celery. Celery also gets stuck in the blades. 3. The blade and cutters look like they are going to ran out of its sharpness quickly. Cutters and blades are Very expensive to be replaced. 4. For the Price its selling, this cutter should come with all the cutting size blades. 5. Debating if I should keep it as I need it to cut celery and chicken in 1/8 cubes more than anything.

Amazing for Mexican restaurants.
We can make 10 lbs of pico de Gallo in less then 15 minutes. It includes chopping onions tomatoes and jalapeños.

Highly recommended.
Worth the money! it dice all types of fresh fruits, we even tried it with partial thawed frozen fruits. Highly recommended.
