Q: why do my bars develop huge cracks when they are about half used

I've had this happen to me regularly over the years with every brand of bar soap I ever used. It never occurred to me to wonder why it happened, I just used the soap until it was a sliver. Now, I think that over time, the ingredients may dry out a bit but the soap part is still good. Just stick the old bar to a new one & continue using it. Repeat as needed.

Q: How many bars of soap?

This is apparently for one bar of soap. I have found the same soap at Dollar Tree for $1.00 a bar. I'm not sure why the extreme difference in price, but it may have something to do with the place of shipment and/or the absorbed shipping costs since it's an add on.

Q: i would like to know if the yardley bar soaps come in individual boxes for each bar of soap?
