Start with equal parts of both (do not add anything else or you will need more PS20) and add up to 5 parts to 1 part of essential oil, and stir until the liquid mixture is clear.

How do you store polysorbate 20? Refrigerate?

I just store mine on a shelf at room temp.

How much polysorbate 20 would be needed to emulsify a 4-oz. bottle of alcohol or alcohol and water with 30 drops of essential oils?

You will need to test your blend and start with at least equal amounts of P20 to essential oil. You can use up to 4 times as much P20. Mix the essential oil or blend of essential oils together before you add it to the water. Stir all 3 ingredients together until they are clear. Let the mixture sit for at least an hour before you bottle it up, to ensure that it remains clear.
