I bought this CUE touch screen display for my 2014 Cadillac SRX and it worked perfectly. My original screen had stopped responding to touch. After installing this replacement screen, everything works like new again. The screen quality is clear and responsive, and it looks just like the original factory display. The touch response is smooth and accurate with no delays. The free trim tool included in the package was very helpful and made removing the old screen much easier without damaging the trim. Installation took some time but was not too difficult if you follow a video or guide. Once installed, the CUE system responded perfectly and all the functions worked normally. This is a great replacement option if your Cadillac CUE touch screen has stopped responding. It saved me a lot of money compared to going to the dealership. This screen was perfect in price and quality! I installed this myself and am very happy with this product. They wanted $1500.00 to changed my spider cracked touch screen in my Cadillac. So I ordered this piece for $40 and about an hour and a half of my time (I’ve never installed something like this and YouTubed the installation) and it worked perfectly! Definitely worth the money and if you have the patience to install it yourself, it is definitely worth it!

The screen on my SRX stopped working...having it replaced by Caddy or another shop was not an option...looking at $700 minimum. Watched a couple of utube vids by others who did it themselves and decided to go for it. I used to be a plumber so I'm pretty handy with tools but his electronic stuff is a different animal. Screen was really inexpensive and it took me about 4 hours...taking my time, step by step referencing utube and voila. Trim all went back in, no damage and I have a new cue screen. If I have to do it again it'd take about an hour. Oh, and the new screen works great.

Thought this might be a farce, but read the reviews and decided to go with it. Installed it today and it's up and running. No issues with the installation - pretty straight forward. Used a couple of the plastic wedge tools that came with the screen replacement and they did the job. The tweezers leave a little to be desired and were unusable. Powered up and touch screen came to life right where I left off with the old one. No boot up screens or error codes to deal with. I'll post in the future if this fails in any respect.

I needed a new touch screen for my 2015 XTS. I was concerned by the low price, but it is #1 rated and has great reviews so I bought one. This is an excellent product. It is identical with the original Cadillac part. Fit and finish are excellent. It comes nicely packaged and even has plastic pry tools and tweezers. Once the unit was on the bench it took me 1 hour to replace the screen. Everything fit like the original, Once turned on, it functions like new. This screen sells for a fraction of what others are charging and comes with tools. Great value.. Saved me a bundle of money compared to the dealer.
