will these work on removing scratches from a computer monitor?

I would not go anywhere near a computer monitor with this. Computer monitors usually either have a glass element to them—which these wouldn't help and you're probably not getting scratches out of—or the panel itself is exposed, which you also are not getting scratches out of. With some monitors, you can replace the front glass element. Apple iMac and external monitors have a glass element you can find on ebay and replace.

will this help with deep scratches in the screen of my flatscreen tv?

I use this product for acrylic plastic.  I usually use 350 grit then higher finer grit 800 then use the product.  As for flat screen TV, I think best bet is to find out how deep the scratch is and us a sand paper that is close to the depth of the scratch, then sand it with that then go higher from there with finer grit, once you see the scratch has smoothed out then used this product to buff it out. The solution is about a 900 to 1000 grit then the step two is a finer solution, then the third is a polish which to me it seems like a glass cleaner.   I have used this product for guitar pick guards which I make from scratch and sand the edges this stuff really helps polish out the scratches. I have used it for college and the model making classes.  I hope this helps. I think it should work for you but be sure to find a sand paper equivalent to the scratch on the tv then work up from there, best to get a piece of clear acrylic plastic and scratch test the sand paper and compare it to the scratch on the tv.  But if the scratch is just a surface buff scratch and isn't like cat claws you should be fine using the product as is. Good luck, and I think this is the best product out there for the job, I have tried others and have not been impressed.
