ドライバーは IDENTIV社サイトで。5.0.38。 必要なのはこれだけ。 ただし、install後に再起動が必要だと思います。今回整理して書いていますが、当初次々とinstallをしていって、（それらInstallerは再起動しろとは言わないので）最初にマイナポータルでためそうとしてマイナンバーカードでログインが出来ず（マイナンバーカードが読めないというエラーっぽいがエラー番号がネットで引いてもわからないやつ）。が、単純にそこで再起動しただけで一発解決しました。多分IDENTIVのドライバーのinstall後、一度再起動するのがよいのではないかと思います。 （私はJREは以前からinstallしているので、もしかしてJREも必要なのかも。Javaは特に今回バージョンアップはしていません。時々自然とバージョンアップの通知が出る時にバージョンアップしているだけ） 公的個人認証サービスのソフト一式をinstallして、JPKI利用者ソフトを起動、マイナンバーカードを本機に載せて、色々読み出すと、ちゃんと読み出せました。 マイナポータルのソフトをinstallし、新型コロナウイルスにともなう、特別定額給付金のweb申請を、住所氏名とかを読んで来るところまで行いましたが問題なく動作しました。（特別給付金の申請はすでに郵送で行ってしまっているので、途中までしか操作しませんでした）

I am using this for reading smart cards on Windows 10. No drivers needed, worked out of the box. Have used with Gemalto and Taglio smart cards.
