First time reading the review ,thank God I did not see the review before buying this , I have buy this passion fruit flavor multiple times and it's the best out there, I have try other not so good. Maybe you guys are using it wrong, it is not sour are sweet. But it do have a passion fruit florals smells and taste , so what you have to do is add your own sourness and sweetness . You can also add your own colour.

Just to be clear, this is a flavor in some kind of alcohol base. If just adding to water for a drink, it will taste mostly like alcohol. Similar to vanilla flavoring or anise. It doesn’t taste much like passion fruit. More a floral anise flavoring. Maybe it would work better in baked goods where the alcohol would burn off. It says to dose 1 drop per ounce of liquid. The taste came through, it’s just not right. Choose a different product if you’re flavoring water or beverages.
