This small drop piece is a MUST! I literally take it with me wherever I go because it’s so compact and versatile. When I don’t have the option of taking my portable table, I take this piece. It allows me to not only adjust extremities, but also can be used for anterior dorsal adjustments. What a hand saver!!! Also, it should be noted that this drop piece lifts in the middle, not only on one side - which makes it even easier to use in different situations. I’m very pleased with product and highly recommend.

To be honest, I thought it looked sleek & wanted to give something new a try. I was impressed enough to leave a review, which I only do when something I purchase really impacts my life in a significant way. Being able to adjust from all angles makes my job easier & helped me improve my overall technique. I also really like how quiet it is on the drop as you can see in the video.

I’m impressed. This is as well designed and built as the ChiroLux portable table I purchased. The drop is crisp and just the right depth for both upper cervical adjusting as well as an extremity. Compact and light weight, the materials and construction are first class…. I’ve already used it for upper cervical adjustments simply by placing it on the headpiece of my table. I’m quite pleased with it and recommend it if you’re looking for a versatile portable drop piece.

El que tengo en mi poder, me ha durado solo dos meses a que se estropeara, el mecanismo ya no funciona bien. intento contactar con chirolux y no puedo. Reedit. Creo que lo arreglé, ahora funciona como ha de funcionar. Si dura, le daré 4 estrellas, pero por el problemilla que he tenido y que la marca no se puso en contacto conmigo para solucionarlo. Aún así, a falta de ver su durabilidad, es una buena herramienta y muy útil.

Chirolux does it again! This drop piece is a step above! We use it in the office for a lot of extremity adjusting and the straight down drop allows for the adjustment to take place so much easier. You just set the drop and get to work, no more hassle positing it over and over again to get the drop to work right. Great job Chriolux! Hoping for a portable toggle head piece soon!

Shoutout to the coolest delivery driver! The attention to detail in the packaging— no lie— IMMACULATE. Clean, crisp, and a manual inside for how to use the product (though if you’re a chiropractor you should def already know lol). The knob to change drop resistance is smooth, no “stickiness”, drop is also smooth. I ended up also buying the AirDrop pelvic piece because we loved this one so much. 10/10 recommend!

The Good: This is a very well made light weight portable drop piece for extremities. It has a crisp drop that can be dialed up or down to the right tension. The working surface is firm and good for extremity adjustment purposes. This would be great for impulse training and students. The Bad: The drop engages in the center of the drop, which is great if all your adjustments are dead center on the drop piece. Which often times defeats the purpose of using a drop piece. It is impossible to use the product length wise without the impulse being through the center of the drop piece. Any impulses to the lengthwise outer edges of the drop surface result in the drop getting stuck and/or not engaging at all. The sweet spot for this drop piece is dead center and 3"x3" out from that. If you try to do any center edge adjustments, the patients extremity covers up the tension dial and/or lever. The technique of using an extremity drop piece calls for the length of the drop surface to be used, not just a small area in the center of the drop. There is a reason extremity drop pieces have been made for decades with the drop activating on one side of the length of the working surface, because it works!
