Easy to use, works great. Haven't held my body weight on it yet but I've tested on a big bucket filled with water and as a dog leash for a pitbull, held up fine. Lol

Fantastic quick release system for cinema cameras.
I'm only putting maybe 30-50lbs of weight on these Kong grips but these are fantastic for quick release cameras from Easyrig's, for cinema camera purposes.
