Good supplemental
I’ve been using this product for awhile and my digestive system seems to work better. Nice taste kinda sweet. Little gritty but not bad.

The taste 😬
I just received it today and this will be my first go at this product. My initial impression was a little bit of disappointment upon opening the container because it’s not even close to being full. So I threw it in my pumpkin king cup, and I stirred it up as good as I could. There was some chunky bits in there. It takes a little bit of effort to get this stuff stirred enough where it’s not too grainy. And it looked pretty black inside my pumpkin king cup which was kind of fitting. So I mixed it just in plain water a little more than 8 ounces and I can honestly say this taste is something that you have to really try and adjust to. I purchased it because I am very bad at eating my greens and fruits and I know it’s something that my body needs to be healthy so this is my attempt at trying to supplement what I don’t normally get in my diet.. so with that aspect of things, it’s a good product gives me what my body needs, and with all the mushroom supplement in there like the Rashi lions mane all body brain goodness!

It’s okay
The ingredients are great!!!…. for the most part but I’m disappointed in the addition of stevia. It doesn’t help the flavor but makes it strangely sweet. It also came sealed in plastic but had no protective seal when I opened the top. I would not have tried it if it wasn’t also completed wrapped in tight plastic on the outside.

I have tried numerous products, but I love the quality of Dr. Amen's products. It is truly helping me. If I could afford it, I would buy all of his products.
