I have quite a few of their products. As I come off of the 3000 grit diamond stone I start with the 5k version of this move to 8k then to 15k, 30k, 80k,,100k and get a pretty descent finish with this stuff. I use a separate strop for each grit. With this product a little bit goes a long way- my strop usually last about 6 months to a year before I have to clean it and reapply depending on how often you’re using it. If you use more than just a tiny bit you are wasting it as it will just come off on your blade and you will have a mess to deal with. I have been using their products for about a year now in total. There is definitely higher grade stuff out there but I am pretty pleased with this stuff especially for the price.

I’m a professional furniture maker that relies on hand tools A LOT. As a result, I’m constantly sharpening and touching up my edged tools. Planes, chisels, etc. and this diamond paste makes that process super easy. Like most woodworkers, I hate sharpening and have tried just about every sharpening system available. None of them have been as quick, easy, and mess free as this paste on a steel plate. I keep three grits (2000, 6000, and 8000) and whenever my edges start feeling a little blunt, I take them to the plate, and after a few strokes on each grit I’m back to work. No more soaking and flattening stones, and it’s a lot cheaper. I highly recommend this paste.

Seems like a good compound for polishing.

This product totally polished up my scratched phone screen and my watch crystal perfectly. Of course, the real thick scratches just became smoothed over and is still visible. But that just means I need to order a coarser grade paste. I got the 8000 grit and it completely removed all the tiny scratches. The thing is, dont be afraid to frequently reapply more paste as you buff over the scratches. I dont know whether I'm using it wrong but the paste seems to disappear by soaking into the cloth or just becoming not abrasive anymore quite quickly.

I’m new to rock tumbling, collecting and playing around with different grits and different kinds of products. I love how smooth and shiny this helps make the rocks that didn’t look so good coming out of the final grit in the tumblers. It’s become a must have in my learning experience. Would buy again and definitely recommend this shop
