Easy to use and clean up
If you’re looking for a good steamer I would highly recommend this one. It’s very easy to use and clean up. It worked so well I bought one for my mother.

Stained easily, good for cooking though.
Was easy to use for steaming fish, but it stained extremely easy and no method I have tried of cleaning (vinegar, baking soda, dish soap, etc.) has managed to make the stains come out. Be cautious with what you cook in this pot, I guess.

Well made
This is the second one I have purchased. I had to replace the first from 6 years ago since I burnt the bottom (completely my fault). I think this second one may even be a bit more sturdy. Very happy. We do a lot of steaming. It is big enough to steam one or two chicken breasts/cutlets, as well as whatever vegetables. Very convenient. Great for quick, healthy meals on one burner; fast clean-up.

it's pot every one knows what to with it except clean it out when there done
work like a pot even steamed something in it. It worth it's weight in stainless steel which seems to gone up in recent years

Not worth it!
Used only a few times on a fire stove, became black. The size was what I wanted, but it didn’t last for a month. When I first got it, it was extremely hard to separate the two pots.

Cooking area is 9.75", induction stove compatible, thin and fragile
Would have kept if it was large enough. Unlike some other reviewers, mine was not dented. It is however thin, and the screw used to fix the knob on the lid was pretty shoddy. Tightened by hand so didn't strip. If you don't soak it, water getting under the knob shouldn't be a problem. The metal is stamped really thin. Not sure if it is stainless steel, but it is made of a magnetic metal so it can be used with an induction stove. Didn't heat it though, so can't say much about the "staining" other reviews mention. Purchased to make flan in a 10" Pyrex. Figured it would be OK since descript said that this pot was 11" diameter. Actual size is 10.75" with handles it's about 13.75" The most important measurement though is the cooking space of the steamer - it's diameter is 9.75"... Which is why I have to return D : The feel of the set is very similar to one's sold in the Asian supermarkets, so the price on Amazon @ $25 is a little too high for this level of quality
