Very useful for curries of any type. About a half teaspoon of this paste mixed in 3-4 tsp teriyaki with a pinch of crushed red pepper makes a terrific dipping sauce for potstickers.

Very disappointed w this product
I was very disappointed w this product. I’ve been trying some new Asian recipes & thought this would make it easier but I’m very disappointed, it has very little flavor. Fresh is always better. Live & learn. Can not recommend this.

Great for Indian and Asian Cuisine
I make a lot of Indian food at home which requires ginger and garlic. It can be tedious grinding those two flavors and this jarred paste makes it easy to get my cooking done. It is perfectly blended and the price is great. If you cook a lot of Asian or Indian cuisine, this is a definite time saver.

Great product, but beware of packaging
We really like this paste. It simplifies cooking Indian and Asian dishes, replacing the process of preparing ginger and garlic. Based on taste, ease of use, and value, we highly recommend it. There is a problem, however, with how it is shipped. The jars are wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, and it doesn't seem to to a good job of protecting them from damage. We have had two jars (out of about a dozen) arrive broken. They don't look broken at first, but removing the bubble wrap reveals the damage. With the most recent one, the bottom of the jar literally fell off as soon as the wrap was removed! Amazon did provide refunds for both broken jars, but it is a little annoying to have to deal with that. So it is a good product, but be sure to check the bottles as soon as they arrive!

This is a staple in my kitchen. I’ve ordered it several times and I will continue to order. Pricey but I love it so much I don’t care.
