Received as shown and described. For: Good overall range of values. Ideal for low voltage projects. Each cap clearly marked. In a convenient, compartmented box. Against: Wide tolerance (+-25% on marked value), and high leakage. OK for low frequency but may need something better for higher.

On standby for my DIY
