LP 758 Open Patella Knee Support

This is an excellent knee support and very good value for money. I fell down the stairs and twisted my knee and my cruciate ligament. This support helped me to continue to walk after the use of crutches and kept my knee warm which improved the circulation and healed my knee quicker. Easy to put on as it uses Velcro to wrap around the knee and it does not slip down or move whilst on. As a woman it did bulk out under leggings but that was to be expected. Would recommend this to everyone.

Great Job. Flexible but supportive. I use it after skiing when I need to hobble around.

Bought a second one of these for my other knee as the first one was so good and still going strong after couple of years. Can wash every so often too without falling apart. The 3 velcro straps give perfect knee support whether tight or looser. Recommend 👍

This item is well made and easy to use. It is fully adjustable, and comfortable when properly adjusted. Inevitably it restricts movement a little. It makes my knee hot and sweaty, but it reduces the pain from arthritis a little. It seems expensive, given that it is little more than neoprene foam and velcro.

After suffering a knee injury some years ago I have used an LP brace with metal hinges, this did the job but was not comfortable after a few hours. For traveling abroad, I purchased one of these and have to say I am very impressed with it. It is much more comfortable to wear for long periods, and although it does'nt provide the stability my hinged one does, if I tighten the straps I can get a good amount of the support I need. I wear it for up to 10 hours with no problem, yes it get sweaty, but its neoprene, they will do. I am really pleased with this item and wonder why I never tried them before, so pleased I bought an extra one so there is always one in my travel bag.

I bought this product for my 11 year old daughter who has been experiencing pain from a 'maltracking patella' for the last few months. Her knee feels weak and painful on exertion and this product has been great in giving her joint the extra support it needs and allowing her to engage in school PE lessons again. She's doing exercises from the physiotherapist but this knee support is also helping mentally. I'm happy to recommend this tidy product; it looks good too.

A little thick but do the job admirably

Being an ex "British Bobby" having spent long shifts "On the Beat" the old legs were slightly wearing. Issued with NHS supports which were less than useless, and these 758's have been fantastic in their support. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending this item as they are great quality, adjustable, and have been a really good purchase.

I specifically looked for this product as it was unavailable for a while in the market as well as online, and I'm happy to have located it. I have ligament injuries on both knees, but I'm also unable to keep myself away from sports, and so this is very helpful (as long as I don't try to do all that I could before the injury). It does get a bit warm but doesn't restrict movement (due to the open patella), and all the while it provides support.

It is helpful in eliminating painful condition in knees. Provides comfort.

One of the best knee supports out there. Has helped me on my recovery journey a lot.
