Good scanner so far, I received the International "Online" version for $1200 on a flash sale. It is a good diagnostic scanner for the price. I'm still learning to navigate it as I am coming from an older Snap-On Solus scanner. I have found it to be pretty quick especially with the full systems scan. About 20 seconds or less. But there have been a couple times where it didn't show anything for the ABS module that the Snap on scanner could see. So a little disappointment with compatibility, but again it may be user error too. I will update as I learn the tool more.

This is a good scanner. It could be better if the wheel/tire size adjuster allowed you to input any size not just pre programmed size tires.

After about 2 weeks in use, this tester has proven to be quite useful. The setup was very easy and the use of the menus was very interactive and I look intuitive. Connecting to vehicles was very easy and understanding the codes displayed proving very good for vehicle diagnostics.

I’m just a home mechanic and this Autel scanner makes me feel like a professional. The amount of things you can do with this device is awesome. You can scan every module and control system. It works great on my vehicles and will save me from having to bring my vehicles to the dealer for service. It even came with a miniature camera to look inside the engine. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and wish I would have purchased it sooner.

After receiving and updating the software to the models I will be working on It was up and running in no time. Screen is clear and bright and the wireless VCI is great not having to be tethered by cable inside the car to use. Loads all modules quickly and the bi-directional control activating systems and components greatly helps to track down problems. Tech support is very good with concise reliable answers.

Stand up company and stand up product. Bought it because we were working on a 2009 Porsche 911 and apparently when the battery is replaced a handover reset is required to make the seat heaters, radio, convertible top to work. I bought one of their higher end scanners to ensure I could perform the reset without issue. While I didn’t find it under transport mode removal I was able to reach out to their helpful tech support and they were able to guide me through how to use the feature correctly.
