I'm on the ketogenic diet and find myself low on electrolytes often. Traditional potassium pills only account for 2% of the daily value but no salt (sodium free salt alternative) is 15%. Perfect to make my own vitamins at home

These are great. I use them to make my own supplements- lion's mane, cordyceps, etc. Dried, powdered lion's mane, you'll get about 300mg in these. They're sturdy and snap together well. They stay together, too. Great value, and I'll have to buy the larger ones as well. Taste just like any other store-bough gel cap, too. Really happy with this product.

Worked for a bitter powdered medication for my dog. I put a little wet dog food around the filled capsule and she swallowed it just fine. I didn’t find the little scooper tool to be useful. I ended up just scooping the prescribed dose with a measuring spoon and using a small funnel to pour it into the caps. It was easy to push the two pieces together and “lock” them securely shut, and I didn’t have any issues with them coming open. No damage to any of the contents in shipping.
