I was told that De Cecco was the best pasta because it is rough and from Italy. De Cecco is only cooked 9 hours. Now I am reading the best pasta is very light colored and cooled 72 hours. Can someone give me a rebuttal.

De Cecco is my favorite pasta. It really makes a difference. If you go to Italy you will find pasta made with the wheat they grow on small farms there is higher quality and less pesticides are used in the farming. I’m a citizen of Italy so take it from me, this is great pasta! Thicker and better texture.
