Easy to make, tastes pretty good, more affordable than the top brand in this category. Would be nice if it had a little protein added to it.

I was very happy with this purchase
This item was worth far more than the cost. I was very happy with this purchase. It allowed me to sample food which tasted pretty good when compared with another brand I tried. Too bad water not included.

Ready wise, apple oatmeal
There was way too much sugar!! No need to put that much sugar in oatmeal. The apples alone could have made it sweet. I feel sorry for diabetics. After opening it, the bag would not zip all the way. Will never buy ReadyWise again.

Terrible
So far every meal I've tried from Readywise has been inedible. This one is way to sweet. It also has a weird taste that I can't place, but it tasted like something you shouldn't eat. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. The Backpacker's Pantry oatmeals are way better. Don't risk having to skip a meal when you're in the backcountry by bringing these.
