i used this connector to upgrade my windshield washer pump on my1986 chevy C10

used for a knock (detination) sensor harness on a 2000 5.3 silverado
I had a hard time finding this plug. or actuall had a hard time identiftying its use. It was labeled with all sorts of uses, vacuum port, ABS sensor, windshield washer plug, multi connector. But none listed the use of knock sensor. This pigtail was inexpensive so I visually selected it and took a chance on the order. It did fit, but not as well as the origional. There are no issues with its operation or performance, it just doesnt seat as firmly. It has about an 1/8" of play (in and out) the play in it is the latch, the barb that holds it snapped in is slightly differnt location. The seal still makes good contact, I do not expect any problems.
